this is not as good as a Spa, but for the price & convenience, I like it. It is rigid but once you get seated on it, it is comfortable. I have a textured bottom tub so of course the suction cups do not stick. I run a few inches of water in the tub, add my Dead Sea Salts, and get in & finish filling it up. Don’t turn it on until you get in & finish filling the tub. If you do not have one of the deeper, bigger tubs then I’d suggest getting one of the overflow drain covers so you can fill the tub up some more. It makes taking a bath a lot more enjoyable & after a hard day at work, it soothes all of my aches & pains. It has a lot of bubble action. I hope this helps anyone, I would recommend this.
