Thermal Spa Bath Mat
this is not as good as a Spa, but for the price & convenience, I like it. It is rigid but once you get seated on it, it is comfortable. I have a textured bottom tub so of course the suction cups do not stick. I run a few inches of water in the tub, add my Dead Sea Salts, and get in & finish filling it up. Don’t turn it on until you get in & finish filling the tub. If you do not have one of the deeper, bigger tubs then I’d suggest getting one of the overflow drain covers so you can fill the tub up some more. It makes taking a bath a lot more enjoyable & after a hard day at work, it soothes all of my aches & pains. It has a lot of bubble action. I hope this helps anyone, I would recommend this.

Home improvement spending is expected to improve in 2012, as the economy gets better and the housing market shows signs of recovery, according to a measure from the Remodeling Futures Program at the Joint Center for Housing Studies at Harvard University.
Home sales continue to improve
Home sales ended a difficult year on a high note, resulting in a gain in full-year sales volume.
The National Association of Realtors reported that the annual sales pace in December reached 4.6 million homes, up 5% from November’s pace and 3.6% from a year ago.
It was the third straight month of improvement in the pace of sales. The fourth-quarter sales volume lifted full-year sales to 4.26 million homes, up 1.7% from 2010 levels.

A Thiells home-improvement contractor convicted of ripping off a Nyack homeowner for $5,000 received a five-month jail sentence and a $1,000 fine during an appearance in state Supreme Court in New City.
A jury convicted Jerry Cioffi in October of stealing the money after not fulfilling his contract in April 2010 to construct a sewer line at the Nyack home of his customer. Cioffi never applied for permits and didn’t do any work for the $5,000 down payment on the $10,000 job.

County Home Improvement Contractor Sentenced For Stealing From Customer
Rockland County District Attorney Thomas P. Zugibe announced Thursday that Jerry Cioffi of Thiells was sentenced to four months in jail after being convicted of one count of Grand Larceny in the Third Degree. Cioffi, a plumbing contractor, was found guilty of the Class D Felony after a jury trial, which began on October 5, 2011. He was found guilty after two hours of deliberations.
